Inquiry & Booking Process
Before submitting your inquiry, please be sure you have reviewed our availability calendar on the previous page.
Once you’re ready, fill out the form below with your contact information and the dates you’re hoping to stay. After we receive your inquiry, we will review it and confirm that your requested dates do not conflict with our other booking platforms. If there is a conflict, we will notify you as soon as possible.
If your dates are approved, a 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation.
Deposit Example:
For a weekend stay (Friday–Sunday), the total nightly cost is $900 (2 nights at $450/night). A $450 deposit is required to hold the reservation.
The remaining balance (the remaining 50% of your nightly rate plus the $300 cleaning fee) is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
Using the example above, the remaining balance due would be $750, payable 30 days before your stay.
If the remaining balance is not paid by the 30-day deadline, the reservation will be canceled and the deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
All deposits are non-refundable. However, if you need to cancel, your deposit may be applied toward a future stay, subject to availability.
Because we block our calendar specifically for direct bookings, we ask that friends and family booking with us are confident in their travel plans. Holding your dates prevents other guests from booking during that time.
If you prefer a refundable booking option or feel uncertain about your plans, we recommend booking through Airbnb or VRBO, as those platforms offer more flexible cancellation policies.
